Revenue Caps

What Counts Toward Cap

Revenue cap tracks monthly affiliate-driven revenue:

  • Conversions attributed to affiliates
  • Commissionable revenue
  • Calculated on rolling 30-day basis

What Doesn’t Count

  • Revenue from non-affiliate sales
  • Revenue before attribution
  • Refunded transactions

Exceeding Your Cap

If you exceed your plan’s revenue cap:

  • Dashboard notification displayed
  • New referrals may be paused
  • Upgrade prompt shown
  • Existing commissions unaffected

Solution: Upgrade to a higher plan.

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Current Plan

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. View your current plan
  3. See billing cycle and next payment

Upgrading

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select new plan
  4. Complete payment
  5. New features available immediately

Prorated billing: You pay the difference for remaining billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Confirm downgrade
  5. Takes effect at next billing cycle

Note: Ensure you meet new plan limits before downgrading.

Canceling

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until period ends

After cancellation:

  • Features revert to Free plan
  • Data retained
  • Can resubscribe anytime
