Revenue Caps
What Counts Toward Cap
Revenue cap tracks monthly affiliate-driven revenue:
- Conversions attributed to affiliates
- Commissionable revenue
- Calculated on rolling 30-day basis
What Doesn’t Count
- Revenue from non-affiliate sales
- Revenue before attribution
- Refunded transactions
Exceeding Your Cap
If you exceed your plan’s revenue cap:
- Dashboard notification displayed
- New referrals may be paused
- Upgrade prompt shown
- Existing commissions unaffected
Solution: Upgrade to a higher plan.
Managing Your Subscription
Viewing Current Plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- View your current plan
- See billing cycle and next payment
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade
- Select new plan
- Complete payment
- New features available immediately
Prorated billing: You pay the difference for remaining billing period.
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower plan
- Confirm downgrade
- Takes effect at next billing cycle
Note: Ensure you meet new plan limits before downgrading.
Canceling
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
After cancellation:
- Features revert to Free plan
- Data retained
- Can resubscribe anytime
