Configure core account, payout, and Stripe connection settings

Account Settings

Use account settings to control program identity, payout mode, Stripe connection, and billing visibility.

Accessing Settings

  1. Open Settings from the main navigation.
  2. Update values in General and save.

Core Fields

In General you can configure:

  • Account name
  • Affiliate portal subdomain
  • Payout method (PayPal, Manual, or Stripe)

Stripe Connection

The Stripe connection panel shows:

  • Connection status
  • Stripe account ID
  • Last disconnect timestamp

Available actions:

  • Connect Stripe
  • Reconnect Stripe
  • Disconnect Stripe

Billing Snapshot

When billing data is available, settings show:

  • Plan ID
  • Subscription status
  • Billing interval
  • Monthly referral usage and limit
  • Tracking-blocked state and reason

Additional settings are available in dedicated sections:

  • Team members and invitations
  • API keys
  • Notification preferences
  • Affiliate portal customization

Troubleshooting

Tracking blocked in settings

Check:

  1. Current subscription status.
  2. Referral limit usage for the current month.
  3. Billing status in Stripe.

Stripe shows not connected

Check:

  1. Stripe app install/connection completed.
  2. Stripe account ID is present in settings.
  3. Reconnect flow completes without OAuth errors.
